Operational Modal Analysis using ARTeMIS Modal

Time & Date: June 25, 2026, 15.00 CEST (UTC+2)

Description:

This webinar introduces the theory of Operational Modal Analysis (OMA) and demonstrates how measurements and analysis are carried out in practice using ARTeMIS Modal.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the fundamental principles behind Operational Modal Analysis, followed by practical guidance on performing measurements and analyzing real-world data.
The session covers both frequency-domain and time-domain estimators, including EFDD and SSI‑UPCX. We will explore the differences between analyzing long recordings from persistently excited structures and short transient responses obtained from structures excited by a single impact force.
The webinar combines theoretical insights with practical examples and is designed to provide knowledge and skills that can be directly applied in professional work.

Presenter: Dr. Palle Andersen

Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) using ARTeMIS Modal

Time & Date: November 7 2024, 15.00 CET (UTC+1)

Description:

This webinar demonstrates how to do Experimental Modal Analysis (EMA) using ARTeMIS Modal. It shows an impact test of a simple structure and the modal analysis. The modal analysis is made with the CMIF and RFP-Z methods. The theory behind these is also introduced. Finally, it is shown how to upload FRF’s from Universal File Format files and create a project from these.

More information coming soon.
