The sampling interval must be in seconds. The red word is the case-insensitive keyword. The blue number is the entered sampling interval. This group has only this single record with this single field. The green lines are comments, which can be placed between the definition groups, i.e. the lines before the keyword and after one free line which closes the definition group.
Instead of specifying the T keyword for sampling interval the Rate key word can be used to specify the sampling frequency in Hertz:
