ARTeMIS User Training Course 2007
Structural Vibration Solutions A/S invites you to the next 2-day ARTeMIS User Training course held at the NOVI Science Park in Denmark on October 4-5, 2007.

The course is addressing both new and experienced users of ARTeMIS Extractor and ARTeMIS Testor. The course language is English.
 

Course Schedule

Friday October 5, 2007. 

Morning (10.00-13.00)

• Stochastic Subspace Identification (SSI)

• •Exercises - SSI analysis of example data.

Lunch (13.00-14.00)

Afternoon (14.00-16.00)

• lTime Domain Operating Deflection Shapes (TODS)

• •Exercises - TODS of the LA54 example data.

• ARTeMIS Testor

• •Exercises - Preparation of geometry, data and DOF information.
   

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop for exercises. All participants will receive a CD with lecture notes, additional examples and a 1 month trial version of ARTeMIS Extractor Pro and ARTeMIS Testor.

The location is 20 minutes from Aalborg Airport and 15 minutes from downtown Aalborg.

You can reach Aalborg by air via Copenhagen airport. The flight is approx. 30 minutes. You can also use the train from Copenhagen in which case the journey takes approx. 5 hours.
 

Accomodation

A number of rooms has been reserved at the Helnan Phoenix hotel located downtown Aalborg, see www.helnan.dk. Prices are 875 DKK (~117 EUR) for a single room per night and 1050 DKK (~141 EUR) for a double room. These prices includes breakfast and are special rates when reserved through Structural Vibration Solutions A/S.

Registration

The course fee is 400 EUR per person (including 25% VAT) and will be charged by credit card (MasterCard or VISA). The fee includes participation, course notes, lunches and refreshments. A full refund will be made for all cancellations received 7 days before the start of the course. Afterwards 50% of the costs will be charged. Substitute attendees will be accepted at any time. In the event that we have to cancel the course, you will be refunded in full but we disclaim any further liability.
