Measurement Import

  • Text file format (ASC extension)
    Measurements are stored column-wise in ASCII format. Used by e.g. MATLAB when save with the save file.asc -ascii command. As long as the measurements are organized column-wise, the files can also include header information as is the case when created by e.g. DaisyLab. Acceps various delimeters between samples. Read values both with decimal punctuation (US standard) and decimal comma (German standard).
     
  • SVS Binary (BIN extension)
    A binary format supported by e.g. the ARTeMIS Extractor. If you work with MATLAB ask for m-files for reading and writing these files.
     
  • Universal File Format (UFF or UNV extension)
    UFF data sets 58 (ASCII) and 58b (binary) time series format.
     
  • TEAC Header File Format (HDR extension)
    This file format is used by e.g. the LxNavi software from TEAC.
     
  • GeoSIG Header File Format (GHF extension)
    This file format is used by e.g. the GeoDAS software from GeoSIG.
     
  • WAV format (WAV extension)
    The Microsoft WAVE file format. Only 16 bit uncompressed format is supported.
     
  • SVS Measurement Format (*.svsmes)
    Special binary files safe storage of data during a measurement.
     
  • SVS Configuration File Format (CFG extension)
    Measurements can be imported from an SVS Configuration File. In this case the measurement files can be of the above mentioned types.
     
  • Reads unlimited number of data points.

Geometry Import

  • Universal File Format (UFF or UNV extension)
    UFF data sets 15 (nodes), 82 (trace lines) and 2412 (triangular plate elements).
     
  • SVS Configuration File Format (CFG extension)
